The Semi Automatic Ripening System ensure ripening using semi automatic controller for 4 rooms. It complete ripening cycle in 4 days. The cycle starts with dosing the room with ethylene for 16-24 hours. The CO2 level is controlled for the following 3 days by switching on and off the ventilating fans, we have to make sure that no doors and windows remain open while the process.

The semi automatic ripening system control every parameter which is require while ripening, this ensure the consistent ripening of fruits.

The system consists of
  • Gas Cylinder Bank
  • Semi automatic ripening controller
Procedure
  • Pre cool the fruit/veg to the required temperature
  • Switch on the ripening controller (make sure that no doors or vents are open)
  • Open the door after 96hrs/4day

Fruitron Manual Ripening System is the basic ripening system which ripens up to 4 rooms. The system consists of a Room Selector switch, a user settable flmer and a Dose switch. There are 4 indicators on the system which shows the dose status of the respective room.

The system is connected to "Gas Dispensing Unit" which allows the passage of gas inside the room that has been set by the user. The Ethylene Gas canister is connected to the GDU and the gas is passed into the room through solenoid and PU Tubes.

Gas Dispensing Unit

State of the art gas dispensing unit allows constant supply of gas without any interruptions in the ripening process. Proprietary based high capacity 3 ltr pure ethylene cylinder attachment allows to ripe up to 700 Tons of bananas and 200 MT mangoes.
