Transformer Oil Sampling Bottle is suitable for collecting oil samples from shunt reactors and transformers for dissolved gas analysis. Bottle will be of vigorous construction such that no harm occurs while recurrent transportation of samples from spot to laboratory. It is probable to seal the bottle gas tight and is fixed with appropriate cocks and valves both ends. Design of bottle is cylindrical type and leakage of hydrogen will not go beyond 5% per week.

Material of construction: usually sampling bottle are made from stainless steel 316 and 304 material, all accessories fixed with the bottle like, drain valves and filling, hex nipple are also made using stainless steel 304 and 316 material.
